Peter Donegan is one of the latest young men to join the Country and Irish music scene in Ireland. Peter who lives in Inishowen Co. Donegal has been gigging around the pubs and clubs in the area with his one man show "Me,Myself and I" and also does weddings and Corporate Functions. Married to Sally with three young kids and working as a tyre fitter by day Peter had to put his priorities first and couldnt commit full time to the music scene. Big influences on his career are American singers Garth Brooks, Brad Paisley and Irish artists Shunie Crampsey and Daniel O"Donnell, along with his family and friends who persuaded him to put his talent on cd which he did at the time with a ten track album "It must be Love" for them, but has now decided to it make available to the public.

A major turning point for Peter came when he entered a talent competition "Search for a Country Star" in 2006 where he made it to the final twelve. Having played with Bob Wooton (Johnny Cashs lead guitarist) at the competition Peter decided to release a second album "People Like You". But time was still a problem then and didn't promote it..UNTIL NOW.. Peter has just re-releasd the album much to the delight of his big fan base. To top that Peter has also released a new single "Our Heart" a beautiful number written and composed by himself. In Peters words "I would love to hit the big time, but as long as people enjoy his singing, thats enough".......WATCH THIS SPACE
