Born in Co. Clare, Eamonn has been presenting country music as hobby for the past 15 or so years. The only official station he helped out was at was Kilkee Community Radio. Other's include were Country Gold, Galtee and Limerick Country.

Eamonn loves Country music, dancing to country and American Country music. His favourite Irish artist is Mick Flavin. When you listen to the music he plays on his show, Murphys Country, you will hear the variety of country music that he really likes.
