Starting in Bangor Northern Ireland, Paddy travelled the world for years as a Police Photographer. Entertaining wherever he went, including Berlin 64-66, he sang with many U.S. artists and bands. During his travels he took pleasure in Radio Broadcasting where possible, especially on Armed Forces Radio. Paddy & his family went to Australia in 1970 from Malaya and again, as a Police Photographer, he saw service in Vietnam before setting up a Police School of Photography. Still engrossed in Country Music Paddy met up with a guitarist he met during his Berlin tour and together created a band that lasted for another 15 years. During this time he was presenter on several radio stations in Australia including ‘2BLU FM Blue Mountains’, ‘WOW FM St Mary’s’, ‘2 TLP Taree (Aboriginal Station), Great Lakes FM and 2 BOB Radio. Paddy has also been on several TV soaps including the well known Country Practice, several TV Stage shows for many benevolent fundraising groups and has featured in 3 Australian Movies. Returning to Windsor area of New South Wales he now broadcasts from home on several Internet and FM Radio stations, one of course being right here on Irish Country Music Radio. Paddy also has a setup where by he can invite artists to chat with him on his computer from home and audience hear interviews live, chatting about their career and music.
