Peter Ryall

Peter hails from the beautiful town of Doneraile in North Cork and grew up on Country and Irish music.

His dad was a huge country fan with Cash, Haggard, Jennings and Nelson at the top of the record collection. On the Irish scene artist such as Brendan Quinn and Joe Dolan were the ones that were often played in the house.

Peter has been based in London for the past 35 years where he has been working full time as a director of a security guarding company and also doing solo gigs as a mobile Irish DJ with Peter's Irish Roadshow. He can often be found hosting charity events, compeering for a CD launch or just in genral bringing that feel good factor to a venue with his wit and larger than life personality.

Peters love of music is predominantly the 80's and 90's American country music favouring artist such as Don Williams, Charley Pride, Alan Jackson and Ricky Van Shelton but loves it all especially a slow song.

On the Irish scene Peter will always look to showcase the ladies of Irish Country music as he believes that they are not supported as well as the male artist, that said his idols on the Irish scene are mainly male.

Peter has always had an ambition form a very early age to be a DJ and began his dream back in 2010 when he launched the mobile DJ business, enjoyed it so much that he first joined ICMR in March 2014 but after some health issues and some life adjustments Peter has returned to the airwaves once again.
